Positive: Very spacious, well maintained, well decorated, very comfortable, facilities are well equipped!!

Nice up and coming neighborhood. Positive: Very good location in a very nice neighborhood. The apartment has been remodeled and is very nice. Water pressure and hot water were fantastic. Negative: You need to know that there are a lot of steps to get into the apartment with a narrow staircase. You can do it but you just need to know about them.

Positive: It was very clean and comfortable. Very inviting!! Negative: The stairs

Very comfortable, very convenient I would stay there again if we are in the area. Positive: The size of the rooms and the cleanliness were both great. The location was very convenient. We walked to a local restaurant. Served as a good home base for a three-day golf trip. Negative: The neighboring homes weren't in the greatest shape; some were boarded up. We felt safe enough and given the restaurants and activity nearby it seems like neighborhood is an up-and-coming neighborhood, but it has ways to go. The price (which was very reasonable) compensated for that adequately.

Positive: Good room space in general, super clean, neighborhood quiet during my time.
