Don't stay here... Positive: Nothing Negative: When I arrived the place was crawling with crack heads. I didn't feel safe so I left and found alternative accommodation.

Unique building in a convenient location. Positive: Great location practically on USL campus. 20 minute walk to grocery store and to metro station Cortex. Super convenient for all major attractions by metro and a walk to campus. Property has great character. Quiet safe area. Negative: Experienced a power outage during stay. Praise to Manager who was super efficient to arrange repairs quickly.

Positive: The size was perfect. The bed was amazing. Could have used a better bathroom. Location was great. Negative: Could have used a better bathroom. Had to squat to see in the mirror and wash hair in the shower. No elevator was a huge. A walking map and a guest check-in each day would have been nice. Did not see a single staff member while there.

Positive: Neat building, close to everything. Negative: A bit confusing instructions how to access the room (letter I vs number 1), hard to find the right room. Forced security deposit.

Quick in-and-out at a cute, comfortable spot. Positive: Always very clean with quaint rooms and good location. I will definitely consider staying there again. Negative: In hindsight, I probably could have used another blanket. I suspect it would have been made available for me.
