Deceitful Negative: There was no hot water until later in the evening. My wife and I spent all day driving to attend a concert. We couldn’t shower before the concert. The hot water issue was not disclosed to at check-in.

The apartment was very nice. I loved it. It was my favorite place that I’ve stayed in St. Louis so far. Clean, small, easy to manage. Heather was so great and responsive. My only suggestion would be to make really clear how many steps there are. Haha.

Value for money Positive: The location and free parking Negative: The air conditioning had a strange smell when we tried to alter the temperature to make it less cold. The quality of the bedding was poor as were the towels.

Great location, comfortable bed, great value Positive: Great location Negative: The check in being 10 mins walking distance from the property. Street parking is hard to find so better to park at the check in location. It can be a lot of back and forth

be sure what room you are reserving Positive: Good location Negative: The name made me think it was a hotel, was surprised to find that it was a property owned by a hotel Third floor rooms are nice sized but oddly shaped, strange feel to the apartment.
