Nasty filthy establishment Positive: Nothing at all will never return Negative: The apt had ROACHES I told the lady and she just offered to move me units as if that would help and offered a free night stay in a roach infested building ... a man followed me and my wife in the building and tried to come in our apt . The property manager stole our deposit after checking out and made an excuse to keep deposit she is rude and money hungry .. the cleaners don't clean well units we was in had trash still in it under the bed and couches ... the oven had a wet pan dirty un cleaned when we arrived .. loud dogs barking people fighting in the next room loud and crying felt unsafe .... the heat didn't work . WiFi wasn't stable ... covers had blood on them and they made me drive all the way back to where I checked I. To get new covers instead of bringing them to me . Calidad, precio y ubicación es perfecto. El anfitrión te escucha si necesitas cualquier cosa. Positive: Me gustó la facilidad de comunicación con la gerente incluso aunque no haya persona física en la casa. Entras con código. Negative: No vi a nadie y parecía que estaba sola en toda la casa. Me hubiese gustado ver a alguien más, huésped o trabajador.

It's our second time there and we like it and our only complaint is the couch. Positive: Good part of town,close to our venue Negative: The couch isn't comfortable.

Great location to the Fox Theather! Positive: Not too many stairs to get into the building. Stayed on the 1st floor apartment. Very clean. Negative: Just one blanket in the apartment and not enough towels for 2 nights. Street parking is about $5/2hours. The free parking is far for senior citizens. Luckily I got a scooter that was close to the parking lot. But it as drizzling frozen rain . It would be nice if they could contract with the Moolah garage next door.
