Negative: The door had been ripped off the hinges prior and had a very poor repair. The fuse for the heater was wore out in fitting so the had to put a paper towel in to hold the fuse in to make it work. Also the parking was very bad

A great maintenance man named Victor, helped us with everything we needed.
Positive: The apartments are a nice size and have everything you need, especially for long stays. The building is older but has a certain charm.
Negative: There was only limited metered parking and no handicapped parking we got several tickets. If you cannot do stairs, make sure your apartment is on the first floor.
